“How do we get Uganda from a consumer to a producer nation?”
At L Bbaale Department, the mission is to teach students to look deep into such questions, to be curious and to be innovative.
Our student is encouraged and motivated to have an inquiring mind, an inventor's mind, whether she or he is learning knowledge leading to diploma in accountancy or other studies. The inquiring mind motivates our student to learn new things that will help him or her in today's ever changing world.
