- Certified Computer Technician [CCT] — Based on A+ USA syllabus. CCT course focuses on hardware and software hands-on practice. Student learns to repair, build, re-build computer.
- Certificate Help Desk Tech Assistant - Student learns to install, troubleshoot and repair software issues
Well-trained Technician: Uganda has computers in the tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands. Climate is hot and dusty! The computer technician well-trained by Kisulo Mukasa Institute cannot starve.
Certified Computer Technician [CCT]
Do you know how many computers Uganda has? Everyday hundreds, if not thousands, of computers arrive in the country and are bought, taken to town, village, home, and offices.
Computer owners [individuals, companies and organizations] sooner than later, realize that paying for the computer is probably the easy part...a technician is needed when the machine acts unpredictably -- and, believe it, do they act unpredictably without warning!
The student in the Certified Computer Technician course learns the following: knowledge to detect and repair hardware and software problems that may affect different models of desktop computer.
- Coursework is 4 months, 5 hours on weekend
- Student gains technical skills to put the computer back in good working order
- No prior "mechanics" knowledge is necessary — KMI uses a step-by-step method of teaching that makes it understandable for student
Classes are taught in evening or weekend, so student can keep current job.

Help Desk Assistant Computer Tech Assistant
This course focuses on software knowledge to make our student very competent in solving issues caused by software.

- Student gains technical skills to install software, and repair software problems

Public Safety Certificate School Security -- the only course in Uganda
Curriculum in this School Safety training bonds Uganda and USA school security principles: Prevention and Intervention to ensure safe campus.
The goal of this Certificate is to ensure that the school security personnel's mind is conscious with situational-awareness to perform duties satisfactorily.
Student of this course is trained to perform duties within the legal framework established by Uganda's education laws relative to public safety; trained to recognize safe and unsafe environment within the campus or off campus while responsible for the safety of students; make the campus safe; build professional communication with students, staff and visitors for their safety; maintain a professional relationship with the most near government security agency, for instance the Police.
- Training is 2 months, 5 hours on weekend
- Student learns how a school campus safety assistant must fulfill daily responsibilities. This responsibility is a little different from law enforcement, although overall the two careers are bonded by mission
- No prior "policing" knowledge is necessary — KMI uses a step-by-step method of training
- Computer-use studies included so safety assistant will be able to produce electronic reports
Classes are taught in evening or weekend, so student can keep current job.
